So thankful that I was able to get a next-day appointment for our sick kitty, even as a new patient! Everyone was wonderful, and our kitty is doing great!
I just went to west paws for the first time and they were so wonderful. As a first time dog Mom they addressed all my concerns thoroughly and listened to what I had to say and gave lots of feedback and suggestions. Products weren’t forced. Overall it was a great experience!
After working as a technician for a clinic for 5 years and then leaving, the struggle to find a good vet has been brutal. (You would be amazed at how many doctors barely touch your pet) Through the recommendation of a friend I tried West Paws out and I'm so happy I did! The staff and doctors are amazing and patient with my babies. The doctor always explains everything, gives me options, and you're never pressured into any decisions. I am so glad I found them and will be bringing all my babies there from now on!
