Nearly closed all accounts with westpac today!! ISLANDER (samoan)lady working here in Westpac Blacktown is so RUDE!!! No customer service exp. We called and been told to go into the branch to book appointment to start a business account and thats what we did. Only to be told we made this up. Please remember yous work there for a reason, if you hate your job, get a new one please. People don't want to speak to you either if that's the attitude.
