Rude, customer service, front desk. In addition to no English. Bartender nightshift was nice.

No parking garage and rude staff that aren't to helpful. Never found out about the amenities for the beach until the day of check out! Overpriced drinks at the lounge bar. Decor looks like 90's lux would be for a teen club.
This is a great hotel the pictures look exactly how it looks online the staff was friendly and quick check in. The room is great for families,couples get away, or just a trip with friends.The bathroom is nice very hot water which I loved the entire trip, The bed was very comfortable as well. This hotel gives you beach chairs, cooler, and towels to take to the beach!!!

No pool but hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. Great service as well.
We Loved our Stay, Beautiful, Convenient, Spacious Rooms, Great Lobby, Walking Distance to Beach, Bars and Restaurants. The only Down side is the Parking... Its very hard to find around the Hotel.
