Weston Veterinary Hospital is the best vet we have found after owning dogs for many years. I cannot even begin to explain how great the care is here. The team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our dog is well taken care of and our questions are answered. Everyone we encounter here is friendly and has our dogs best interest in mind at all times. I would give it 5 stars on any scale.
Had appointment but receptionist forgot to put into system. So instead of trying to work me in, since it was her mistake, note weeks later for next appointment. Also this is a new customer with a puppy, shots needed on this date. She then tells me at this point it's just better you go somewhere else.....shocked by this comment...I say WOW! trust me this is not who you want as vet service. So at this point go look for a different vet then this one. Oh no follow up call either.
They have been wonderful with all our pets through the years. I will recommend them over and over again. Plus they are conscientious of costs which is sometimes difficult in a pet situation.
Excellent staff, very friendly and great with our dog. Our dog loves the staff and our dog who has passed loved the staff so much he couldn't wait to get in the building to see them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Greatly thanking Dr Tom and his staff at the clinic for helping us through the issue were having with our oldest cat Vinny.... they're great to get me in last-minute and Dr. Tom is always very great at explaining everything so we know what we're dealing with and helping me through the next step we need to take.Thx, Terri & Ron
The staff is super, the vets are great! Got my fur kid in on short notice a few times. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Love the Weston Vet Family. Always friendly and welcoming and I know they love seeing me and my Elsa multiple times a month �.
