RecommendedEs un lugar muy tranquilo para vivir y un vecindario amable para nuestros hijos. pero si hace más falta un mantenimiento como en las fachadas de los apartamentos y las vías muy deterioradas y sería maravilloso más seguridad.
The staff is amazing and very helpful. Any issues are quickly resolved. Definitely get a family feel to this Complex.
No! I don’t. Management is terrible!!! You will have to think about before choose this condo as a place to stay with your family. Be careful Manager Josette is always protecting everything is against your tranquility ... in Weston are another places with a good management!!! Please see the images, this is what you will find in your property ...
This is the most terrible place I meet in my life. I spoke with the Manager Josette Seide and she said it was normal. Rats are walking around the condo. I have to left my property due to I found two rats in my apartment. Garbage is always outside the trash bins. This management is WORST!!! Corporate office NEVER attend calls or emergencies, so please try to find another place, Weston is HUGE and this is not the only option around the area.
I don’t recommend this property, at least if you have kids. There is a lot of infections around, I reported this to Mrs. Josette Seide (Manager) and she said that this is not her problem. The lake is dangerous and dirty (the is a big focus of infections) Costumer service is terrible, looks that there is not any kind of management. Everything looks old, dirty and nobody takes attention to the problems. Management office is the worst I saw in my life.
My family and I lived at Weston Place for over a year. Never did we ever encounter any issues. The office staff were always cordial and professional. If there were any problems in the apartment the maintenance staff quickly responded. Our family enjoyed our stay here while living in South Florida.
The best of the best, we proudly call Weston place our home. We feel secured, we love our schools, our neighbors and our community. We are happy about how management take good care about us.
