Looking for enbloc/total capsulectomy surgeon? Dr Messa is THE BEST!!! He and his staff are there to answer all your questions and give you peace of mind that you need during this huge decision. There are alot of decisions to make and I put my trust in Dr Messa and I am 100% happy! I felt by day 2 explant. This Doctor's office policy are not to return your paid deposited money in case of a cancellation for surgery nor they transfer your paid deposits towards any other service. Claiming that because you've signed an agreement contract to save a date for surgery the policy states that its not refundable nor transferable if one cancels. This type of policies should not exist at all and when a cancellation occurs patients should be returned their deposited money in full.
