The rep then comes back to advise you of their findings and asks for your okay before the work is done. You are also told how long it will take to complete the work. Great experience!
Despite having made an appointment for my service, they did not know what the reason for my visit was. I asked to leave my car and call me when is ready. They asked me to wait a few minutes for a representative to talk to me. After 15 minutes nobody talked to me. Again I asked if I could leave and go back when the car was ready and I got no answer. An hour later I asked to speak with the manager to what he said they had forgotten to talk to me. I hope this situation does not happen again.
