Worst experience with the Service Department, lack of customer service attitude and professionalism. What would happen to a woman and a 2-year old toddler didn’t seem to be important to the dealership. My wife and 2-year old child left the vehicle at 11:00am and it was supposed to be ready in 2 hours. At 3:00pm, after not hearing back from the dealership, I called and car wasn’t ready but “it will take only 30 more min”, that’s what they said. Always exceptional service. Representatives are nice and knowledgeable and instill confidence that they know what they are talking about. They explain service concerns and never pressure you to get more than you came in for. Waiting area is comfortable with free high speed WiFi, coffee, and snacks. I will happily continue to use Weston Nissan for all my service needs.
Recently purchased a pre-owned Volvo; they were responsive to our initials messages.
