I just learned that my favorite service person Harry the courtesy driver was terminated. Harry was one of the major reasons that I would go for service to Weston Nissan. I appreciated not only how professional Harry was but as a women how he made me feel safe. Harry never solicited for tips and would refuse them if I tried to hand them to him. I believe that good service and appreciated the service that Harry provided so I would leave a tip in a cup holder, etc. because I appreciated what he did not because it was solicited.... read more
They serviced my car for over a month, their customer service was awful, I had to return the car 3 times because of issues that were not properly fixed. I would not recommended this to anybody
I bought my new Nissan Sentra SR from Weston Nissan a month ago, and the sales service is incredible high, above all standards in the market. My sales representative was Rafael Robles, who didnt hesitate to solve all my questions and give incredible customer service.
I wanted to save time before going to the dealership and received a quote by phone. I spoke to Fabio Rainuzzo. He listened to my needs and promptly got back to me with an amazing quote. I was excited to meet with him and select my new car. He took very good care of me and has checked on me since my purchase. I look forward to sending my closest friends to Fabio. Thank you so much!!!
