I brought my dog here after an emergency and Dr. Tran told me to my face that it was MY fault my dog got sick and she didn’t feel comfortable send my dog home with me, mind you I’m an RN!!!! I told her to fuck off and refused to pay for services. They threatened to call animal control as well as the police. I told her to go ahead as I am an animal rescuer and that the police won’t do anything as I am the LEGAL owner of the dog. They showed up and told her what I said was going to happen. Love this vet clinic! Wonderful people. A bit pricey, but I feel very safe bringing my two pet rats here. All the docs know rats and that's fantastic to find! Grateful I found this place!
If you want your loved one to have the best care from people who really care about animals then this is the place to go. They helped me with my sweet cat Ruca and showed more compassion then I've see at my own doctors office. Thank you Westminster Veterinary Group for treating my cat like your own.
