Roaches roaches Horrible Management, Rude unprofessional Roaches Every where even you keep you apartment neat and clean,, because this apartments has big sewer issue some time mud comes out from your any sink or toilet,,, Previous Manger Was at least nice with tenant in talking he left and chose not to work here,, and new Manger horrible behavior of her,, and height rudeness ,,, I have never seen this kind of people,,,, Do Not Move Here,, Even you don't have choice

Unhappy place to live This is not a good place to live. My kitchen is currently flooding and I have called for maintenance emergency 4 times. The maintenance worker claimed he would be here in 30 mins and now I am going on 1 hour and 54 mins and no one has showed up yet. Everytime I turn around it's always something wrong with my apartment and they are super slow to fix it. Westminster shame on you I’ve been staying here for two months and haven’t been able to get my balcony cleaned was rented to me with mildew and spider webs on balcony and almost every bug you can name crawling around the house. It’s crazy the way they do business here if it wasn’t for my wife wanting to embrace the school system for the kids sake we would have been moved back to Atlanta somewhere and probably saved a few dollars.

Great Living Experience! I don't have anything bad to say about this apartment, I am nearing the end of my lease in a 1BD/1BA apartment here on the 2nd Floor. The community is very quiet, and people are friendly! The management is super, they are always ready and willing to help you out. Run Run Run This has been the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. Upper management is poor along with poor communication with residents. This apartment community has major plumbing problem and infested with roaches.

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches! I mean just nasty. I can understand bugs from the outside but when they allow residents to live filthy that's another story. I moved! I would not recommend for the high cost and bug problems.

Just right for the active or food lover If you like whole sale ,fast food , and swimming this is the place for you.Located just by 285 and 75 you can have easy access to the malls a variety of food places Walmart target or anywhere in atlanta.Nice place for the right price plus pet friendly. Renovated or not renovated youll find yourself calling this place home and being very happy enjoying the gym lake or dog park with your four legged friend.

Lovely Apartment Throughout my time living in America, my family and I have been living in and out of hotels for years. We had traveled to church and would always pass Westminister Square apartments. Who would have guessed I would actually end up living here. These apartments are ideal, very cozy, quite and clean. Not worth the $ I have been here for 4 years. Mind you these were built in 1979. A 2/2 bath is going for $935 right now & mine is $949 same apartment. The gate system hardly ever works, it's been down for 4 weeks now. The apartments are basic with basic appliances, if you want updated black appliances you're going to pay more. The reason they are really going up in price is due to the stadium coming here & it's literally down the street.
