My husband and I have received great care and understanding of our medical needs.
This place was awful to me and my husband. They lied about payment options to get us in the door prior to us having insurance then once I did have insurance they billed it totally wrong and caused us dealing with thousands of dollars of fees we didn’t need to pay. The front staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They spoke to us like teenagers talking to their parents-no respect and no maturity. If your a new patient, do yourself a favor and find another place. Used to be great, when it was on Lowell Boulevard, near "Old Town" Westminster. Each visit for me since has been average, at best. Nursing Assistants are rude along with front desk staff. On my last visit, I was informed that "Medicaid" is not accepted & never has been!! Tried to explain that I haven't paid on my last 4 visits and was told "everything was covered". At this point the assistant was very rude.
