Let me start by saying "customer service" still matters. My experience started by going to another landscaping supply company (only because it's closer to my house) I was told upon entering their office that my 9 month old puppy (who was on a leash) would have to wait in the truck. I said "fine" and went directly to Westminster Lawn. Not only was my puppy welcomed by Lucy with open arms (literally) but my mulch and rocks were delivered almost before I could get home.
