Wow amazing an owner/manager getting into a sparing match with a dissatisfied customer instead of trying to smooth things over. So ok your busy a lot of people who go to these places do so on their lunch breaks from work. I don’t know maybe he was in a hurry for some other reason.Maybe that was why this customer was in such a hurry. I would have to agree though it does seem to be an excessive amount of time. Sean and his staff are welcoming, do excellent work, and routinely check on with customers to make sure the work is done right. I subscribe to the car wash’s monthly unlimited wash program and use their services regularly. The men and women employed here work hard and effectively, and I’m grateful for the work they do keeping my car looking beautiful!
My nephew spilled breast milk in my brand new SUV. Employees here went above and beyond to get the odor out.
For the price that I paid, almos $300.00, when I picked up my car it was still wet. I dropped my car off the night before and they had it all day. They put the wet car mats in the back, the seats are not clean, there are still sports are the care that they did not get clean and the windows were not clean. I had to wash the windows whe I got home. Had my EXTREMELY dirty wheelchair van's interior detailed yesterday and, wow! It looks like a brand new car! I was so impressed, and the owner even told me to drop by later in the week if I noticed anywhere that needed a touch up. I highly recommend them!
I routinely have my truck cleaned at Westminster Car Wash, Sean and his team always provide exceptional service and good value. My most recent visit was to have my car detailed. Again, exceptional service - thanks to the Westminster Car Wash team, my 15 year-old sports car looks as good as new.
