had my car detailed and had a slight problem, but they went above what I would have expected and made it right. it looks like a new car again. I highly recommend them and they are so kind and I was more then pleased with the outcome. Will definitely go back.

just left there, paid 36.25 for GOLD service ,+tip, and got home,had to wash out my own cup holders,console, and vaccuum under n beside seats. thought that was included 🤷♀️ i can assure you,that is the LAST time I go there- ill do it myself at a self service. AND,they weren't busy so it's not like they were rushing.
Had to drive away. They are spraying your car with a chemical disinfectant but cannot explain what it is. When I asked the lady about it she got a pissy attitude. Not worth bad service. Not worth bad attitudes. Will not be back! Would avoid this place if you can

Mike, thanks for the review greatly appreciated. Our greeter, wearing a CDC required mask, approached and spoke with you about our services. She did indeed try her best to satisfy your question. She even went as far as to retrieve the Aquaox 275 sanitize and disinfectant container for you so you could read the label and become more comfortable with the ingredients being use. The owner is a tremendously kind man. His actions made me want to come back today, and the entire wash I had done only took about 20 minutes, and my car is remarkably clean for such a quick job. Everyone working is also incredibly nice. Unless you plan to wash your own vehicle, I'd definitely recommend Westminster Car Wash.
