The worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. The worst management I’ve ever dealt with, the only person that made my experience better was because of Adrian, he was always wonderful!! For anyone looking into this complex I highly recommend trying elsewhere!! The pools were never open in the summer! I had to pay for things I should have had to. They NEVER fixed my privacy fence! Never got my deposit back! The most deceiving complex ever! Mice, roaches, and my car kept getting broken into! HORRIBLE!!
I don’t live or am I from Tulsa…. I live in Florida and although this is non of my business reading the reviews and seeing 1 review talking about the guys being shot in the car. One killed the other paralyzed! This was on the first 48 which is what brought me here…. And to see them shot and crashed into a unit knocking a mother and her child out the bed is devastating. Tenets be safe!🙏🏿 STAFF‼️ do better PROTECT these people and Clean up your property INSIDE OUT
The management is horrible, never responds to you in a timely manner, always looking for ways to raise the rent or get your money any way they can, be careful this place will be horrible to live in, plus they will try to keep all your money when you leave, the pool is totally nasty ,these people are lying scammers and they could care less about screwing you and your credit, they won’t think twice, there is nothing good to say about this horrible establishment with unethical and money greedy practices. the so called manager i... read more
I spent one year And six months and I didn’t like this apartments
Management is godawful, never responds to you in a timely manner, always looks for ways to increase the rent or to nickel and dime you however way they can, watch out, this place will be horrible to live plus they’ll try to take all of your money on the way out, pool has been closed for two summers, TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR APARTMENT BEFORE YOU LEAVE, or you may end up with a 4k bill like I did, these people are liars scammers and don’t care to make you go broke and ruin your credit, won’t think twice about it, nothing good to ... read more
