Rebecca S the Property Manager is a kind person, she is firm but fair. Assistant Manager Adrian S is strict and can/will site the lease agreement verbatim. Leasing office works very hard and is quick with responses.

Westminster Apartments is a beautiful property and well maintained. The leasing agents and property manager are very kind and respectful. They go above and beyond to assist in finding the perfect apartment.
the office staff left a notice on my front door back in april or may stating that if i renew my lease before july 1st that i would get a 100 dollars off my july so i did my renewal in may well they lied because when i went to pay my rent the 100 was not off so i called the office and was told that there was nothing in my lease that said i would get anything off my rent so i ask what about the notice that was place on my door then they said i took to long to renew the lease it had to be done in april but the notice said befor... read more

Hello, Ms ****** had a flyer that said to receive $100.00 you had to renew by a the date given she did not renew by that time, if she was having issues I would have noted her account to give her renewal special.
