We just had our garage broken into today and the office was no help even though I know the exact 1 hour time frame it occurred. The most they are willing to do is reset our garage remotes. When I asked about surveillance cameras in the area, I was told there are none near the actual complexes. However 6 months ago I was called out for not picking up my dog's poop near a location that I would love to see footage. We moved in in September of 2017. We loved the location and the staff was amazing. At that time there was an assistant property manager, a leasing agent- Angela, and the property manager- Charity. They knew us by name and took the time to care. Shortly after we moved in we got a new APM- Lindsey, she was phenomenal. And about 6 months after we moved in, Angela took over as the property manager. Our leasing agent was promoted to APM at another property, and Ashley moved in. RecommendedWe live @ westlink at oak station for the second year and we love everything about it!!! Angela is just an angel and we love her so much! Apartments are very clean, swimming pool and hot tub are open year round, the gym is very nice compared to other complexes and very clean! Also they have a little dog park which is so awesome! Close to downtown on the light rail and close to mountains also. We love this location so much and don’t have plans to move to a different complex.
I love this place, the staff is amazing and super friendly. maintence guys are awesome. the apartments are huge. they throw exciting events all the time, the pool is awesome. everybody is friendly and I love living here
Angela has helped me quite a few times and each time she has done an exceptional job and is very prompt! She is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to help tenants. As long as she is working here, this place will be top notch and I would definitely recommend living here.
Fell in love with this place the minute we walked thought it is awesome. Looking forward to living here. We had spent the day searching for the right spot and decided on this one from the minute we finished with tour.
The new management team is Awesome! They are very helpful and very accommodating to ensure that the community is safe and happy! As I read some of these negative comments below, it seems that the people complaining should be complaining about themselves. I have met many new friends here, and my kids love it here too!
Absolutely the worst apt complex I have ever lived. People who trust that management will help you through any issue you may have has been absolutely FALSE! You pay more for an apt that you have absolutely NO RIGHTS IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT! Too many gripes to list here, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!
