I highly recommend Westland Roofing. Eric and Daniel were very professional and fixed my roof in a timely manner. They explained everything that needed to be done in layman’s terms so that I knew exactly what needed to be done. It was great working with them and I felt like it was money well spent.

Eric is an excellent roof and home inspector. He also does follow up leak repairs. I refer him any chance I get to take care of things that others won’t. I have been in the roofing trade over 42 years and consider him one of the best in the industry. By all means use him. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a leak in our roof so we were searching for someone to look at it, and that's how I found Eric. Before I found him, I talked with a couple of others who left me with an unsettling feeling. After reading all of Eric's reviews, I knew he was the right one. We spoke one day, and he showed up the next. He walked around the outside of the house and pointed out some things to us, came inside to look at where it was dripping and then he got on the roof and found some issues that needed to be fixed. I'd give 10 stars if I could. On 11/23/24 we called Westland Home/Roof Inspections. we decided to go with this company based on the amazing reviews. Due to the rain, a leak/crack in our kitchen ceiling turned into a big hole. The day we called, Eric came out and inspected our roof in a timely manner and was able to tell us what needed repairing, and how much it would cost.
