Eric walked us through a fix that saved us hundreds of dollars! I contacted him after seeing all the 5-star reviews, and I was absolutely blown away by his kindness and professionalism. We identified a leak near an exhaust pipe on our roof, and Eric reviewed the photos and helped us troubleshoot the issue ourselves — resulting in huge cost savings. This level of customer service and expertise is rare in the construction industry. Eric is like having a handy dad to rely on. Highly recommend!
