We had a leak in our roof so we were searching for someone to look at it, and that's how I found Eric. Before I found him, I talked with a couple of others who left me with an unsettling feeling. After reading all of Eric's reviews, I knew he was the right one. We spoke one day, and he showed up the next. He walked around the outside of the house and pointed out some things to us, came inside to look at where it was dripping and then he got on the roof and found some issues that needed to be fixed. I'd give 10 stars if I could. On 11/23/24 we called Westland Home/Roof Inspections. we decided to go with this company based on the amazing reviews. Due to the rain, a leak/crack in our kitchen ceiling turned into a big hole. The day we called, Eric came out and inspected our roof in a timely manner and was able to tell us what needed repairing, and how much it would cost. He was very honest and informative of what was going on with our roof and did not try to upsell us on any anything. For what we had done, his price was ve... read more

I just called the office for the first time this morning…..Eric, the OWNER, answered the phone and he is just AMAZING!! Spent 15 minutes on the phone with me as I described my roofing issue and he was just INCREDIBLE!!

This is an easy review because the service was excellent. I noticed a roof leak around my fireplace Saturday morning. The leak was slowly dripping through the ceiling by the fireplace. Although Eric doesn't normally work Sundays he still came out and took care of it before the next rains come in. He warranties his work as well. He explained the work he did and provided pictures as well. Eric came through in the clutch. I will definitely be using Westland moving forward.
