No reputable would give their puppies to a pet store to sell. They would want to meet the buyers before they sell because they care about the welfare of the dog, not the money. A reputable breeder also health tests the breeding pair and babies. You play genetic and temperament roulette when you buy from a shop. Let’s keep dogs out of shelters.
I bought my sweet Hamilton from you 14 (or so) so years ago. Everyone was so nice and took such great care of the pups. I brought my puppy back in for a visit a few months after getting him and he remembered the employees and was so happy to see them :)
My family has purchased two boxer dogs through Westland Dog Food. Both times we have had excellent experiences. Five years ago we purchased Hobo and this year my in-laws purchased Oliver. Great dogs, great service!!
RecommendedBeen a customer for over 10 years, outside of buying dog food here I also get my dog vaccines here. I Don't plan on going anywhere else.
At six months old, our puppy remains happy and healthy. We understand the commitment of dog ownership and contemplated a long time before making our purchase. We appreciate the no-pressure, patient, friendly and informative approach from the staff during our multiple visits and calls.
Love this place. Stopped in because I saw the puppy sign and ended up with the cutest puppy ever.

We found a great German Shepherd here, and they were very helpful when getting him. However, they pushed us to take him to their vet within a certain number of hours in an effort to have him checked out. We chose our own vet and found that he had parasites and kennel cough. We would have never taken him back, however disappointed at how much they charge considering there is no socialization with other dogs, no training, and no potty training. The best experience ever. I haven’t had a dog in an eight years my two boys never had a pet one of the employees typed out personalized instructions explained everything and took her time. Took my new puppy to the vet the next day and she had clean bill of health! I love our new silky terrier!
