Poor Service – Received a pricy gift certificate from Westlake Wellbeing and tried to make an appointment for 3 mths with no success. There is no receptionist and you have to leave a message in hopes that they will return your call. Did this and made at least 3 different appointments only to find out that they did not really schedule any of them. I tried to be nice and explain to them that this was a waste of my time, especially for the money that had been spent and ask for my money back. They would not refund the money, eve... read more

Austinite2 thought she had set an appointment for December 18 for a half-day package. She had not. Due to a cancellation, I was able to schedule her and called her back to say so. She refused to accept the appointment. I offered her an appointment for each day of the next week/weekend or any time in the future, and she refused. Thinking she may just have an issue with me, I had serveral other staff members call her, also with no luck. Beautiful new location...GREAT services! – I recently had a facial with Dena and one of the products she used made me wish I had whipped cream and a spoon! It was made with cherries and pomegranates and pinapple juice (amongst other things)! It smelled SO good and felt amazing. I usually don't like facials because I am really picky about what is in products but I know I don't have to worry here! As for massages...WOW. Elegant new location! Same great service and prices! – I just had another great massage at Westlake Wellbeing. I always appreciate the relaxed setting and that I am not rushed in or out of services. The massage deluxe, with aromatherapy and hot towel compress for the back, is my favorite. The space is beautiful beautiful and clean, and nice views are present from the large windows. Wonderful!! – Incredibly personable staff. They're very generous with their time, and very proffesional. The location is great, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I've been to many spas in the Austin area, and this one is by far my favorite.
