I have been a customer since Sept 2015. Just received a letter indicating a price increase. I called to speak to them and understand a little more. I was told I will get a call back by a manager 10 minutes later. That was 5 days ago. Thats not the right way to treat existing paying customers. So maybe this review would get their attention before I take my business elsewhere? Why tell a customer you will call back in 10 minutes and never follow through? Don't make a promise you can't keep.
