Love Dr. Mimi’s practice. Everyone is friendly— the front desk, doctors, the assistants, and the hygienists. My hygienist Camila is super sweet, knowledgeable, and very capable. She’s also very gentle and makes sure that you are comfortable during the entire process. Finally a dental clinic where I actually look forward to going to my appointments.
It felt like someone booked me a first class ticket to the dentist. Water, blankets, Netflix… constantly checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was a bit nervous about letting someone new in my mouth. I had a great first experience at SMILE. My old dentist retired (Dr. Chapin) he was the man, and I was left fending for myself like the new kid at school. We've been coming to Westlake Smile Studio for years and cannot be more satisfied with every appointment and procedure we've had. The staff is professional and friendly. They offer the latest up to date equipment. Dr. Mimi has the most gentle touch and no pain with any procedures! The hygienist and the rest of the staff and assistants are great.
Dr. Miimi and her team are amazing! I've been going to them for several years, since I moved to the area. In particular, I'd like to note that Kamilla is by far the best hygienist who has ever worked on my teeth (and I'm a pretty old guy). Not only is she extremely thorough, she's quite careful too. Let's face it, most of us have experienced teeth cleaning where you leave the office feeling as though it was Nurse Ratched who had just worked on you (old movie reference from One Few Over the Cuckoo's Nest).
