Dr Bobby Afrooz is a dangerous dentist and need to be retrained. I suffered under his care , he is fake and should not be in practice. Dubious to say the least. That name give me PTSD, he left me with an irreversible permanent damage at Northridge Dental Office. He permanently changed how I see dentists; money hungry lying sales men/women. Terrible. There was another dentist that was working there, he took an $8,000 payment from me for porcelain crowns, did half the work and disappeared with all the money I was told. I wore temporary crowns for 10 weeks and was only told what had happened after I demanded an answer or threatened legal action. Dr. Bobby had to finish the work and it has never been right. I have had constant pain as the lower crowns were not "seated" correctly and now I have to pay $4,800 to have their work corrected. They are criminals who shou... read more

I can't speak for Westlake Smile Center, but Dr. Bobby Afrooz should have his license revoked. I took my 8-year-old daughter to him to have two teeth extracted. In the process he broke one of her lower front adult teeth. I didn't know about it until we were walking out of the office, when my daughter said "I am mad at that dentist. He broke my front tooth!" I bent down to look and sure enough, the tooth was broken. I called the office immediately when I got home and was told the dentist would call me back, but he never did. ... read more
