I had a wonderful experience working with Shane Azari (sales rep) and Rey Shahin (sales manager) at Hyundai. Shane was very knowledgeable about their vehicle fleet and especially the Hyundai Ionic 5, which he helped me to secure! He's patient, kind, and very fun to work with. Just had an amazing experience buying a beautiful Hyundai Tucson! Sal was amazing. He knows the cars, explained the features, and no pushy sales stuff!. Got a great '24 Hyundai Ioniq 6. No one told us there was no charger provided.
Update: One of the managers from the rental department, Jordan, reached out to me following my review, and he was extremely helpful. He set me up with an appointment after the holiday, offered me a free rental car and even offered to deliver it to me and take my car back to the shop. He ensured the repair was completed and my car was returned. All is good now.
