Westlake Hyundai is a very well run dealership. Our salesman Saif Al-Tekreeti did a wonderful job of explaining all the features of our new car.
Found a car online from this dealership and negotiated a price before going to check it out. After going through the paperwork with the finance guy, I asked why the price was $500 more than the price that was negotiated. Asked to see a breakdown of the cost to see where that $500 went to and guy just brushed me off saying, “that’s just the price” and wouldn’t show me any paperwork. Excellent salesman, Zack Royal. He listened to what I asked for and remembered my requests. He found exactly the Tucson with the features we were looking for, in a color that was beautiful and with a light interior as I requested. Zack was the reason we leased this car. Follow up has been great, the Finance Officer was very nice and professional. It is obvious that Hyundai got the showroom that is not as good as the other cars there, e.g. Bentley, Genesis, etc. but it is clean and neat and functional.
Great customer service with Greg Weiss very informative. Can’t imagine dealing with anyone else. Super satisfied!
