Just got a new car from this dealership process took me only one day since Tinoush called me and I couldn’t be happier ! Very polite and responsive even after hours didn’t leave me a choice but getting a car from him what a guy ! Decent car-buying experience but service is a nightmare. Slow, overwhelmed, unfriendly and poorly communicating. They say they’ll call you; all lies. You’ll need to call them multiple times and you will need to coordinate between their service and parts departments as they don’t seem willing or able to do that.
Showed poor customer service. I made an appointment to see a car that they had already sold earlier that day and they didn’t tell me that. Then tried to sell me a more expensive car. Not a good experience.
