First, it was impossible to get ahold of the service team. I had to call sales and they left a message for me and no one called me back. Then my husband had to call parts and they transferred him to someone who finally answered their phone. I’ve had my car serviced here before and had a good experience, which makes this situation even more frustrating. This all started about 1–2 weeks ago when I called Westlake Hyundai for a quote on a transmission drain and fill for my manual-transmission Hyundai. From what I remember, I was quoted around $399 and told it was basically a standard price regardless of the vehicle or transmission.
