I love Shirley! She is warm and welcoming, and it feels like you're visiting with a friend while you're sitting in the chair. She does her best to listen to you and your concerns. She is quite knowledgeable and explains what is happening in a way that you can relate to. And, she doesn't make you feel bad if you aren't flossing as much as you should!
