It's so hard to find a good dentist these days....after two bad experiences, when it came time for my visit, I simply googled "the best dentist in Austin" and Westlake Family Dental was one of the first results. I booked an appointment and was treated exceptionally well from the moment I opened the door to the moment I cashed out. Dr Burns was extremely professional, courteous, and made me feel at home. Her support staff was equally as talented and truly excel in customer service. I am happy that I have found my new dentist!

Dr. Burns is in my estimation the best dentist around, as well as being pleasant and letting me know all the details about what is going on my teeth. Always on schedule and the staff is great!!
Well another great visit to Dr. Baker. This time to remove 4 wisdom teeth. When Dr. Baker said he could remove in the office vs. going to an oral surgeon, I believed him. The trust was established when I first starting going to him over 20 years ago. Everyone thought I was crazy to elect this method but I am happy to report NO issues, no complications and back to work the following day. I was happy to put the fate of my long overdue wisdom teeth extraction in the hands of Dr. Baker. Thanks for making the procedure a success ... read more
A great balance of friendliness and professionalism. And on the technical side, I appreciate steps taken to make clear to me the insurance coverage.
I didn't receive a toothbrush and floss this time. They either forgot or discontinued that service. Otherwise, a nice visit.
As always, my visit was great. I really appreciate you all working out a backup time for me to come in since I forgot about my original appointment time. I've also never had Ginger perform my cleaning, but she was great! Very friendly and fun to talk to.
Everyone in the office is wonderful.
