My 6th month cleaning appointment went very well. I love having Robyn as my dental hygienist. We talk and laugh and it makes it a more pleasant atmosphere. I enjoy going to the dentist!
its says a lot when you have been going to the same dentist for over 20 years. Everyone very professional, never any issues with appointments or insurance issues. we have moved a few times since starting here, i will deal with the drive, my husband has tried a couple of new dentist in Cedar Park, but is back with them :)

I have been a dental patient of this establishment since 1988. I began seeing the offices of Dr. Reese and Dr. Jansa during their stay in Austin. Dr. Robert Jansa has been my primary dentist for over 25 plus years. The dental hygienist (I can't remember her name) explained to me every aspect of my dental cleaning. The front office staff was attentive and accurate with assisting me on my next visit on the monetary amount and portion that the insurance will cover.
I've been going to RR Family Dental for many years. The service is consistently good, I hardly ever have to wait more than five minutes, and they make excellent referrals, when necessary. They've taken excellent care of my teeth! Plus, they're just nice!
I love this office. The staff is warm, caring, and friendly. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I can't say that about a few other places that I have been. They know who I am and they don't make me feel like just a number. I have never had to wait over 5 mins to be seen so that shows me that they RESPECT my time and I Love It!! Thanks for making my dental experience an AWESOME one!!
