My experience at Westlake Lodge has been nothing but great thus far. I've been here for five years. From the management team FAITH JOHNSON, who is so caring and friendly, to the maintenance team both departments show great customer service. It’s a decent place to live because it’s located near the I-20 interstate, one mile from Walmart, other local businesses and Bessemer Police department. **UPDATE(2026)**I would definitely NOT recommended these apartments to someone else. It's a convenience for me and to my job.
Been here for awhile. All they do is put bandaid over everything. You got a leak coming from upstairs? "We gonna paint over the damage and hope it doesn't happen again." And I dont use my patio anymore because dogs feces and urination from upstairs dog. Complained so many times but they will never do anything.
I had a great experience Tamiah helped me all the way through easy 3 day process not saying yours will be that fast but if you’re ready to move asap it will be! Go see them asap
Maya is the best! She is there for anything that I need. Nothing but the best!
