Mackey, maintenance is awesome. He came to fix some lights in my apartment and noticed my smoke detector needed batteries. Although is was not on my list for repairs he ensured that all my smoke detectors were functional. He is truly a gentleman.

My wife and I have lived in this community for over 5 years. During this pandemic has been difficult and it has been interested how all of a sudden we needed a ton of repairs but we were able to wait because it wasn't completely necessary need to be fixed right away. Great place to live. The office staff responds quickly to any problems or questions you might have. We have been here almost seven years and we really enjoy living here. I want to especially give a thank you to Ashley in the rental office. She was very helpful with getting our dryer replaced within 24 hours. We really appreciated how mindful the maintenance crew were when they installed the new dryer. They wore masks and gloves for their protection and ours during this Coronavirus Pandemic. My husband and I have lived in our apartment for about a month now, and up until today our experience has been spectacular. The price is extremely reasonable, and it is located in a nice area with plenty of grocery shopping and some restaurants to choose from. The fitness center is exactly what my husband and I need so we were able to cancel our gym membership. I haven't used the pool yet, but it looks really nice and there's always people swimming.
