Their maintenance staff is great and so is the office staff I've never had a problem with these people It's centrally located buy everything. You have Walmart meijer Aldi's All kinds of restaurants fast food places in just so centrally located around everything You can't ask for a nicer group of people that work here. The apartments are very spacious. They have a nice pool And a really nice fitness center and the clubhouse is really nice

The maintenance guys are great. I had an issue with my furnace making a rattling noise, likely due to needing a fresh part, so I reported it to the office. Mackie Harper was the gentleman from Maintenance that showed, and he arrived at 2:30 PM (and he texted me rather than call as I requested in my initial voicemail since I knew I’d be at work), and he didn’t leave until 6:15 PM to ensure everything in my apartment was working perfectly. i’ve lived here for two years now and have been extremely happy with the community. it is always clean, office staff are friendly and maintance is always fast and efficient. Mackie in maintance is amazing. very friendly, fast and knows what he’s doing. overall great place to live!

Very satisfied with living here for the last year. The grounds are always clean and taken care of. We have had some issues with neighbors. When filing complaints, Mackie is very responsive to verify and report the issue to the office at all hours of the night. He is always very friendly to us. All maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner, and the grounds are well tended. They added new plants and landscaping this year to further improve life here. Great place to live, highly recommended!
