We lived here for a year, and the experience was consistently problematic from the start. Overall, it was quite miserable living here. We signed the lease quickly, but just before moving in, we were informed of a cockroach infestation left by the previous tenants leaving us scrambling to extend our current lease with our old landlord due to this inconvenience. Staff changeover Poor property maintenance Premises are a mess with garbage and lack of cleanliness throughout. Vandalism and property damage occur regularly Cockroaches not controlled Noisy environment Look elsewhere.... We have 2 emails so don't say you can't find us as residents... we live here for now and know these problems first hand.
The maintenance service is the best, Rennick was really helpful with our heater and water issues.
Rennick with the maintenance team really saved us today with the water heating issue. Kudos to maintenance.
