My husband had been a patient here for several years. He called today for an appointment. But because he hadn't been to the doctor since 2012 (he doesn't get sick often), they will no longer see him. They say he would be considered a new patient, and of course they aren't accepting new patients. Dr. Jackson always treated him awesome but that is not the way to treat a patient, just because they don't go to the doctor for every little sneeze.
I have going here since 2002. Great group of physicians. Clear, concise, caring staff. Always greeted kindly by front desk staff. Sometimes wait times are longer if you are trying to get in after work or school. But mornings and early afternoon seem to be fine.
I love Dr. Latzka. He's the best, he listens to me, he doesn't rush me out. I'm so thankful to have found this doctor's office. The receptionist area is just awesome!!! They greet you with a smile, very polite & friendly.
I use Dr Latzka and i totally appreciate the great care he gives. The whole office has been great and i have never had long wait times. I tell Dr Latska what the problem is and he checks on it thoroughly. I messed up my shoulder a few weeks ago and i mentioned it was really bothering me. on a physical. My medicare wont pay for ultra sound same day as a physical and they had me come in next morning for an ultra sound and found a tear in a tendon near the rotator cuff.
