Great team of professionals from the front desk, to the lab, billing and the medical staff. No complaints. It saddens me that some would post a negative comment here when they could and should have spoken to a management team member. One had the nerve to say "my doctor takes the time to listen to me" and then says, "the wait times are too long". The care provided by this team may take longer and sometimes we may have to wait. I have been a patient for probably 15 years, and the last few times I have visited the staff up front and who answers the phone have been so unkind. I love my actual doctor, but unfortunately will be moving practices due to unprofessionalism of other staff.
I am a long time patient of Dr. Bailes. He is great and listens to me which means so much. I have never had a long wait . All the nurses that I come in contact with are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bailes even prayed with my husband and myself one time when we really needed it while going through a tough experience. That meant so very much to us. We Will continue to stay with Westgate family physicians 👍🏻

My Husband and I been patients since we moved to SC over 12 ago, Dr. Hess is the best family physician we've ever had.I called Monday and got an appointment on Tuesday, in and out within an hour.Kudos Westgate Family Staff!
