So far I love it here. The work orders for my apartment have always been done in reasonable time
It conveniently cost my $700 security/pet deposit and then some for them to replace a bit of carpet after I moved out, plus a $55 "flea extermination" charge for a pet who never had fleas the entire time I lived there. Don't live here if you want to see your security deposit, because there will always be some reason you not only won't get it back, but you will owe even more!
So far I love it, have no had any issues. I will say the blinds seem a little in the cheap side, have had to put them back up because the little pieces on the top break easily. Other than that my family and I LOVE the pool, we really wish there was a playground for kids play as we have a 5 year old about to start school so till then would be a great extra for kids to burn off energy. The staff is amazing, haven't had to call maintenance so I'm unsure of how they are but only time will tell.
Any repair needs I have are always taken care of promptly and effectively. The staff are always extremely kind to my two dogs and ask after them if they don't happen to be with me. I'm glad they're building a common area and a new pool deck, though, because the amenities are currently on the meager side.
