I have currently been living at this location for a year-and-a-half and I can honestly say this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. I'm new to Charlottesville so I was very nervous on where to rent from. I wasn't familiar with the area or to know whether or not it was a safe complex, I've never had any issues whatsoever. Having lived on my own since I was 18 I have stayed in my fair share of apartment complexes and I can honestly say, again, that the staff here and management team, is definitely top notch! my sister lives there. parking horrible, tenants r loud, the halls stink like rotten butt. the siding is coming off the railing on the stairs n almost stepped on a nail. For the amount of money it's not worth it.
