Everything from check in to discharge was great! SDS RN Becca was wonderful. The entire staff is great!
My mother was admitted recently to Westfields Hospital by her Oncology team in New Richmond, where we spent 5 days. The staff there is amazing, from the Dr's to the kitchen staff. The inpatient Dr's, nurses & nurse assistants all had an amazing bedside manner, the best I've ever experienced. They were very attentive & made sure that not only my mother was taken care of while a patient there, but that my father & I were taken care of during this stressful time too. I saw Dr Harrold and his Nurse for the second time today..What a wonderful team! Dr Harrold is very thorough..kind..and the true picture of what a doctor serving the community should look like!!! Recommend these two to all my friends and family!!!
