August 2023 Dentist apologized to me for not being prepared for my scheduled appointment but she and her office failed to contact me ahead of time to let me know. I tried to call them multiple times before 4 PM and no one answered the phone. They also sent me a message telling me that I would have to pay a penalty if I missed my appointment only for me to show up and have them not be prepared for my appointment. I had been going to Westfields dental for several years and I expect better treatment as should others.
