Brought my dog in after he had a seizure. Two days after bringing him home, I find they called Humane Police for suspected abuse after my puppy “snubbed” them, my dog just doesn’t like strangers. No matter how much you try to bribe him. He was a rescue and they expect my 7mo old to conform to their likeness. Prefer somewhere where they understand that not all dogs are the same. I guess I should call them back since your nurse admitted to hitting my dog with a door.
I am so appreciative of the service we received over the last many years that we used this practice. We had brother and sister cats, one of whom we just had to put down a couple of weeks ago, and the other years ago. In both cases, the doctors and staff were compassionate and wonderful to us. Their overall service was fantastic, highly recommend.
Can’t say enough amazing things about the staff! Receptionists are very knowledgeable-always on top of things. My dog Bentley well...let’s just say he’s ALL DOG! Haha. Dr day n vet tech sharif are Aaaamazing!! Bentley is soo obsessed with them. They r so patient with him! ❤️ He just loves the whole environment! Thank u to everyone for all u do! ☺️❤️
Westfield Vet is great! We brought our cat Sweet Pea after midnight and they cared for her wonderfully. I also brought an injured squirrel in and they took it immediately. Great place!
I want to thank Dr.Borut and staff for taking excellent care of my ferret lucy before, during and after her surgical procedure they went above and beyond to care for her they always treat us like family and make us feel welcome she is doing great after her procedure thanks to Dr.Borut 👍👍he is an excellent Vet his knowledge of ferrets is amazing which is a rare field and few and far between my lucy has been going to him since she was a kit now shes 4 yrs old and thanks to Dr Borut she will now see many more yrs.
