Ok so this is a PSA. Sorry if it offends you but Idgaf. Anyone who considers themselves an animal lover, you might want to reconsider patronizing Westfield Vet. A family of three (with their little girl holding their very small and obviously ill baby kitty) went into Westfield Vet yesterday. They were unable to commit to paying the $160 vet visit cost up front and were turned away. RecommendedWhat a great Team, & so reassuring that they are Open 24/7 at 2 convenient locations! We had opportunities to use them 2 occassions during 2 Emergencies & were treated with Love, Compassion & total Sympathy by the whole Team🐾💗
Staffing unacceptable. I experienced one vet present on a weekend with many emergencies, very long waits. Poor staffing extends to office staff. No one answers phone. Place is also way overpriced.

Tico literally just went in for surgery at the vet. I was never ever comfortable leaving him at any vet until I found Westfield Veterinary Group !!!!! They understand how important our pets are and the staff is always welcoming and so gentle and caring with animals big or small. Thank you Westfield Veterinary Group for understanding. Thank you for keeping Tico healthy and happy. Also, thank you allowing me to worry less, knowing he is in good hands! ❤️🐶 (both locations Union and Westfield) You all are amazing.
