I’m so grateful for WV is open 24x7. My dog got into a box of chocolates Friday evening while I was out. As soon as I saw the empty box, I immediately popped her in the car and drove straight to Westfield. Just like an emergency room, there were several ahead of me, with an anticipated wait of two hours. I waited with concern that she could have gone into seizures or organ failure. Always caring and courteous staff. All of the Vets and vet techs take great care to be gentle and calm our dog down whenever he needs to be evaluated. Easy to make appointments and answer any questions over the phone or through e-mail. They make us feel like family and treat our dog very well. As a matter of fact, I just received a follow up call from Dr. Maus at 8:45 at night asking how our dog was after discovering a blockage in his stomach. We couldn’t be happier to use Westfield veterinary group for our puppy.

My dog, who is like a son to me, has epilepsy. WVG has been so helpful with everything, including a few non seizure related visits when he decided to eat something he shouldn’t have. They’ve also been great dealing with me- possibly the ultimate helicopter dog parent!
Have been going here for many many years, almost like my second home! Whether it was for a wellness visit or the time to say goodbye, everyone treated us humans and our pets with respect and compassion. I highly recommend them!
Lost a dog who was old and having Seizures so wasn’t unexpected to have her euthanized but was very sad when we took our cat in for a check up and he dead when doc took her out of cage to began check up, scare him to death,
Just took a stray cat there who was dying they treated her with so much love and care. The poor cat was to far gone and had to be euthanized. They wrapped in a towel and put her on a bed for her final moments. We stayed while she crossed the bridge, so she wasn’t alone. They also took care of her. Can’t praise them enough! Thank you for all Your kindness
