Cellophia in the mall is a joke. They lost my husband's memory card, and tried to blame us. They say they don't take out the memory cards, but tried to give us someone else's card. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money.
I'm front out of town, upper MN, and was impressed with how friendly all the store workers were.
It's a beautiful place I wish I can have a mall like that in joliet il

Magic show was fun for kids but management is very rude .They don't know exactly how to help .
Ms. Ashley Bala from VisionWorks was able to do my consultation, have me see a specialist, and get my frames ready in less than an hour. The only optic place my family and i would recommend in the area. She displayed amazing customer service skills. We will drive the extra 45 min to this particular location. Highly recommend.
