My daughter and I love the mall,we can have lunch,shop,and then have coffee all in one place!!

Santa and workers were 30 minutes late. There was no announcement made to the crowd of people waiting in line. Then they couldn't figure out how to get the camera and printer set up properly. It turned what was supposed to be a fun holiday tradition into a very frustrating experience with a bunch of cranky kids in line because they had to wait so long. But, we had to continue to wait because we also couldn't pull the kids away after promising they would get to see Santa today. Very disappointing.
We went just to see santa, who was 20+ late. Pretty poor taste for a function where several little, little kids are waiting with their uber patient parents.
Love listening to the music while eating !! Beautiful Christmas tree !!
Mall it's self is great ,macys staff needs improvement so rude
Love Fox Valley Mall - great place to walk, good sales. Food Court can use an upgrade
