My favorite place to shop .. this mall has every store that I need and good sales through out.

ABSOLUTELY NOT, Customer Service is the worst. Manager Mildred in fox valley mall has no sense of talking to the customer. She has no Name Tag and claims she is a manager. Are managers not suppose to wear name tag on the sales floor.

This mall seems to not know what to do with it self, changing its name then changing it back. Now today I learn the Disney store is leaving the mall, not because it chose to, but because the mall is not going to renew there lease?!? Three generations have appreciated having a small piece of the Disney experience in our mall. We have been their for rope drop, store opening and special events in the store. Extremely disappointed in this decision.

The staff helping out for the Avengers event today was extremely rude to me and my children. If your going to have a kids event please hire people that enjoy working with children.
