Love the staff. It's always been a good experience for my family and myself.Dr Flanagan always explains all procedures in a way you can easily understand and the staff is very professional. We highly recommend!

Wasn't looking forward to this appointment. I knew I had to have a Put on my teeth tooth. The staff at first impressions is so so kind. They make sure I know their name they know my name. They let me know exactly what's going on and the Dr. Flanagan is so kind. He definitely has a family atmosphere in his office. If you need a dentist go to First Impressions !

I was very impressed with everyone I encountered and the very thorough care I received. I went home and immediately told my husband and daughter they need to make an appointment. We are new to the area and are all needing to get established in a good dental care routine again.

Staff are kind and helpful. Child seems as comfortable with coming as I think is possible. Facilities are nice.I was surprised at the cost of our visit. Based on a previous service the amount I was expecting was more than double, because I was unaware that the procedure was not covered by insurance. I think it would have been good to know prior to service, just in case we had other options.
