I trust and appreciate the courteous and professional care I receive at F.I.F.D.C. From the front desk staff , to Karen my dental hygienist, and Dr. Flannagan himself, I know my teeth and gums will be well taken care of. I would and have recommended this practice to many of my friends and relations. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my dental health.

Every time I go to my appointment it is always great! Everyone is very nice and Angela is so sweet and she remembers me every time! And Dr. Flanagan is an awesome dentists, he made my teeth look and feel great again. My whole family goes there and I wouldn't have it any other way!

My whole family loves Dr. Flannagan and his staff! I had to take my three young kids with me for my appointment. They were wonderful in allowing us to bring some toys back to the exam room and helping me when they got a little restless. The staff is super friendly and great with kids! Dr. Flannagan is very informative and takes the time to explain everything to us.

Everyone is always very nice. The only complaint is that when I arrive early for my appointment, no one is at the front desk. Then other patients started to arrive. Even though I was there first, the patient who arrived after me was taken back first. That doesn't sit well when I arrive early in an effort to be seen earlier so that I can get to work.

Thank you for your feedback. We have implemented a new morning routine so that our patients arrive to a person and not simply a sign. Each patient is seen for a different reason, so bringing patients back on a first come first serve basis is not a system that works for our office. It is our goal and intention to be prompt and welcoming with each of our patients. Thank you again for your feedback. We value and listen to your suggestions.
