The walls are thin. Poor insulation. My apartment is drafty. The building reeks of marijuana. Packages are stolen often. Semi-renovated, however, electrical issues render appliances useless. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. The apartments are nice. But I did not take the apartment because I was lied to. The apartment I applied to was still under construction so they showed me “the model apartment “. I was told that it was “exactly the same” as the one I applied to. So I put money down to make sure I didn’t lose it. I finally was able to see the apartment a week before my move in and realized I was lied to.
