All I got was a message saying the car was sold, after my credit got hit from being ran for a sold car. When I asked if they had any other vehicles available, I don’t get a response.

We never want a dissatisfied customer. As part of the "Digital Deal" with CarGurus you authorized a credit check. This was done by CarGurus before your vehicle request was sent to us. Unfortunately, sold vehicles sometimes take up to 48 hours before they drop off of 3rd party sites, as was the case with the Acadia. As for the lack of follow up to your email....no excuse!
