My dental care team of Dr. Pheiffer, Liza and Megan always make my visit to Northstar Family Dental enjoyable. Their great smiles and warm welcomes always make my visits very comfortable. Their care and concern is so sincere. Very professional and go above and beyond when I have needed them in "emergencies"! Thank you all!!! I have and would continue to recommend this dental practice to family and friends.
I've always had very positive results and experiences here and I'll continue as a patient/customer. This might be the first time in let's be honest, about 5-6 visits maybe? Where there were long stretches to have the dentist examine me post cleaning. Things happen, but I think it probably delayed my start as well as that part since I assume other appointments overlapped.
Every time I have an appointment I am seen in a timely manner. It is always a pleasant time, the staff there are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend North star family dental to all my friends and family.
Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly— and do a great job taking your mind off teeth cleaning. My young daughter can’t wait to go back every time! And I enjoy catching up on SportsCenter...
For a two year old to sit and get teeth cleaned without crying...speaks volume!
The staff at Northstar Family Dental are caring, friendly and very professional. The office provides a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Buller and Cara are awesome! They provide great care for my teeth, are very detail oriented and preventative focused. Being a patient here makes me feel like part of their family. I found this this practice while stuck in traffic on Polaris Parkway. It turned out to be the best traffic jam ever. Dr. Kulesa is absolutely the best dentist I have ever had, she is knowledgeable, professional and very humble. I'm not afraid of going to the dentist but I am afraid of pain and everyone helps manage that from the time you walk in to when you leave. I would hang out here even if I didn't have an appointment.
